So after all of that work- it paid off! We received an offer four days after listing the house. We listed the house on a Wednesday and had a nearly full priced offer on Saturday! I can’t believe it.
My husband got a call Friday evening from an agent asking for a showing the following day. During his conversation, the agent told my husband his client wanted to buy our house, but just wanted to come by and see it in person before placing an offer. I of course thought that was too good to be true so didn’t think much of it until about 10 minutes after they arrived at our house, we got a call from our agent saying they had made an offer. We counter offered since they went a little lower than we thought reasonable, given the house just went on the market and was booked both Saturday and Sunday with multiple viewings. They accepted our counter and we signed the contract!
