The Esplanade of Tampa Lifestyle Director will also serve as “commissioner” of bocce ball and lawn bowling tournaments. Early evening bocce ball activities have proven to be popular, and small wonder! With men’s and ladies’ teams, extras like cigars, brandy and wine on hand, and 15 to 30 people on the court at any given time, things can get pretty exciting at these shuffleboard-on-the-lawn kind of events.
The Magic of the Design Studio
Like magic, the pros at the Design Center help Taylor Morrison homebuyers create the home they’ve always dreamed of. Each buyer gets an in-person tour of the possibilities at the Design Center, where they’re inspired and guided in their quest to add their personal tastes and style to their new home.
Homebuyers choose from the latest in flooring, appliances, countertops, cabinet styles, paint colors, fixtures and finish carpentry. Their by-appointment Design Consultant is on hand to explain everything from product benefits and features to coordination choices.
We encourage homebuyers to check out the Design Center before their scheduled design session appointment. The Tampa Design Center puts on Preview Nights every Tuesday from 4 to 7pm, and the 4th Saturday of each month, from 10am to 2pm. The Center is located at 9206 Florida Palm Drive in Tampa.
