DID YOU KNOW…?
Atlanta was named one of the “Best Cities for Millennials” by Forbes Magazine in 2014
Northeast Metro Atlanta
Bakers Farm and Liberty Crossing are both located in the charming Town of Braselton. In addition to a great Main Street vibe in the historic downtown area and the inviting rocking chair front porch at Mayfield Dairy – ideal for enjoying ice cream cones, both communities are right up the road from the sprawling Mall of Georgia and the renowned Chateau Elan Winery and Resort. Nearby in the City of Duluth, Berkeley Hills Estates offers charming single family homes within a stone’s throw of the town square – which is home to an incredible collection of shops and restaurants, as well as regular community events such as Flicks on the Bricks, Food Truck Fridays, Summer Stage Concert Series and more.
Alpharetta-Roswell-Milton
As one of the most sought after suburban areas of Atlanta, this trio of metropolises packs triple the punch with amazing shopping destinations, excellent dining options and an incredible park system. As a matter of fact, Enclave at Wills Park is situated at the cusp of a 110-acre park that boasts tennis courts, baseball fields, disc golf course, playgrounds, walking trails, equestrian center, community garden and more. For adventures of an entirely different sort, Enclave at Wills Park and another Alpharetta community – Woodland Cove – prove to be a fashionista’s dream thanks to their proximity to Northpoint Mall, The Collection at Forsyth and the utterly sublime Avalon – an expansive brand new mixed use development, set upon 86 sprawling acres and featuring upscale tenants like Regal Cinema Avalon, American Threads, Anthropologie, Banana Republic, L’Occitane, Crate & Barrel, Tommy Bahama, Vineyard Vines and more. In nearby Roswell – at the edge of the charming historic town square and its eclectic collection of shops and gastropubs – lies the equally distinctive Village on Pine. Just up the road a bit, Hawthorne Manor and Taylor Estates mark two upscale communities in the City of Milton – with its million dollar estates and rolling horse pastures. Hawthorne Manor and Taylor Estates residents can enjoy antiquing in the nearby Crabapple district.
Lake Lanier
Two of our communities are perfectly poised for home buyers who appreciate the lake life. Post Oak Glen in Cumming and Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch are situated near Lake Lanier and its 38,000 surface acres of open water and tranquil coves. Proximity to the North Georgia mountains and North Georgia Premium Outlets also prove positive draws. For an added bonus, residents of Sterling on the Lake enjoy a regularly rotating calendar of community events, resort-style amenities and close proximity to the Atlanta Falcons training facility.
In Town
Last – but certainly not least – Taylor Morrison is proud to present a growing collection of luxury townhome properties that offer residents easy access to everything that Downtown Atlanta has to offer. Residents of Townsend at Decatur, Townsend at Lenox Park, Townsend at Toco Hills and Sutton Park can enjoy regular excursions into Midtown and Downtown Atlanta for shopping at Atlantic Station, Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, dining and nightlife along the famed Peachtree Street, a night at the Fox Theatre, and sightseeing at attractions like the World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, High Museum and more. Sutton Park residents will soon enjoy close proximity to the new home of the Braves – SunTrust Stadium, while Townsend at Decatur residents can enjoy countless trips to the cool and kitschy Decatur Square for food, fashion and fun.
Coming Soon
Needless to say, Taylor Morrison continues to grow our presence in Atlanta – with a particular focus on some of the city’s most sought after areas. One such area is the Dunwoody-Sandy Springs-Chamblee region where we have not just one, but THREE incredible communities planned including Perimeter Park, Townsend at Chamblee and Townsend at Perimeter – all within close proximity of the shops and restaurants of Perimeter Mall.
