Great Outdoors, Here We Come!
In the home building business it doesn’t get much more exciting than breaking ground on a long-awaited development. At Taylor Morrison it’s our passion to create sensational new communities for home buyers and what we’ve got planned at Terrain in Castle Rock, Colorado absolutely fits the bill.
Our team has been working tirelessly over these past few weeks to prep for the construction of Terrain and we’re pleased to announce that the heavy equipment is rolling and we’re moving dirt on the first lots.
Sure, it’s winter time in Denver – but we’re not going to let a little dusting of snow slow us down. Terrain in Castle Rock is officially underway!
To keep up to date, you can follow along with our progress at our Facebook page or look for our handle @TerrainTM on Twitter.
A Mid-Spring Arrival
We will open our first phase with 55 lots and two model homes in early April 2016 but if you’re itching to get your hands on the best lots, pre-sales are anticipated to begin with the pricing release in March.
The design team expects to offer an exciting array of ranch and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 2 beds all the way up to 6 (1,932-3,000 Sq. Ft.)
As always, homes will feature quality craftsmanship along with spacious open plan schemas and unique upgrades and personalization options.
Encouraging Healthy Living
Getting your kids outside to play (just like the good old days) is a big part of the vision behind the entire Terrain community. Keeping fit is key to staying healthy and taking care of your body and it’s a whole lot easier to get regular exercise in when you’re having fun doing it.
One of the great benefits of living at Terrain will be the easy access to fabulous amenities such as the Discovery Trail, Dog Bone Park and the extensive network of paths linking all the different villages that make up the full Terrain community.
If you’re looking for the nature lover’s life, this is where you’ll find it.
Fresh Air & The Great Outdoors
The Castle Rock area features incredible Front Range vistas and awe-inspiring natural spaces, most of which are connected via paved pathways. The hiking and biking possibilities are truly endless with resident access to trailheads at Hidden Mesa, Gateway, Woodlands Bowl and Wild Oak.
The Wild Oak Open Space trail network begins at Terrain before weaving its way through the diverse landforms, rocky outcroppings and native flora that make up this unique mountain landscape.
It’s never been easier to enjoy true healthy mountain living.
And for sporty fun, there’s Wrangler Park. Thanks to the town of Castle Rock, Terrain includes a superb municipal park featuring a tennis court, picnic pavilion, playfield and playground.
