So, just what is an Internet Home Consultant? The IHC is the go-to person to contact with questions about any of the communities within the particular Taylor Morrison area division. Looking at new homes in Florida? Your IHC can answer your questions or set up a tour for you at any of the Florida communities.
The IHC can share their comprehensive knowledge of available homes and the communities they’re in. Tell them what you envision as your perfect home and they’ll help you find it. For example, our Southern California communities cover a range of home types and locations. Talk to the IHC about what you’re interested in and they will make recommendations, such as single-family homes or condos in Irvine. They can also provide information about any upcoming communities and set up one-on-one VIP tours for you.
