Paul Torblaa, area construction manager for Taylor Morrison Dallas brings more than 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry to the team, making him the ideal candidate for this position. “I am an early bird,” Torblaa said. “I maintain a priority list that drives the time I spend daily.”
Staying on task is important, especially for a new division like Taylor Morrison Dallas. Torblaa says he enjoys new projects that allow him to shape the future and build a team that’s fun and successful along the way.
“This is a startup operation and one of the keys to our success is building a strong foundation of people, processes and team work,” Torblaa said. “That’s my focus.”

“I have been fortunate in my career to have many mentors that taught me the construction business,” Torblaa said. “They’ve showed me by example how to be an effective leader.”

“I’ve worked with many Taylor Morrison folks in past homebuilding experiences,” Torblaa said. “I respect and appreciate a strong work ethic and desire to be the best in the industry.”
