The Nance family loves their new Chicago home in Creeks Crossing and that says a lot. By the time Murray Nance, retired Lt. Col. USAF fighter pilot, and wife Jenny Nance, J.D., moved into their new home, Nance had lived in a lot of places all around the world.
We love our Taylor Morrison home! From the first step onto the property, I have been very impressed by the ‘tightness’ of the home. The sound construction and quality of materials are evident here at our home in Creeks Crossing.
Our salesman, Dave Hinks, made us feel very welcoming from the beginning and was extremely knowledgeable. Didn’t try to force us to do anything! We felt as if Dave prioritized our desire to secure a great deal for both us and Taylor Morrison. We’d also like to thank Andy Herman, an extremely knowledgeable and talented builder, for putting together our lovely home.
We were in a really good position to buy with Taylor Morrison, with preapprovals from our lender and no contingency on the property. Dave suggested we talk to Pat Pieroni of Taylor Morrison Lending to see if we could get a better deal. Boy am I glad he did!! We have been USAA customers since 1991 as I am a retired Air Force officer. Pat and Taylor Morrison’s funding vehicle through the VA was a much more economical product for us than our bank of over 25 years! Hat’s off to Pat and team for saving us literally thousands of dollars.
