The end of the calendar is fast approaching and it’s been a whirlwind year for Taylor Morrison. From major acquisitions to important charity work and recognition that Taylor Morrison is as good to our employees as we are to our homeowners – we’ve been busy!

January – And the award goes to…
Kicking the year off with a bang, we were thrilled to learn on January 19th that we’d once again been awarded the distinction of America’s Most Trusted Home Builder three years in a row! Not too shabby.
We work hard to see to it that the most important home we can build is yours and it feels good to know our efforts are not going unnoticed. Fingers crossed that we win again in 2019.
February – A ‘model’ place to work…

We do.
In March, the Sacramento division expanded their partnership with the SPCA in the Sacramento real estate market to find Fur’ever homes for dozens of shelter animals.
See how we helped home senior pets in need by covering all adoption fees and learn more about our GIANT 64 square foot dog bed! Nope, that’s not a typo.
Taylor Morrison understands that not all family members walk on two legs. That’s why many of our new build homes come with the option for pet-friendly features:

June – Great leaders inspire greatness in others…
Building a company to be proud of starts at the top – and when it comes to inspiring leadership, Taylor Morrison Homes hit the jackpot.
In June, Glassdoor released their list of Top CEOs as voted by employees and our own Sheryl Palmer came in at #19. 19th in the country sounds impressive on its own but the distinction really takes shape when you consider that 770,000 companies were in the running!
Hats off to Sheryl for everything she does to guide Taylor Morrison – and congratulations on being just one of three females to crack the top 20.
July – Sharing ideas…
What’s the most effective way to understand what America’s homeowners value most in their new home buying experience? How about organizing and hosting a meeting of the minds inviting the country’s top performing real estate agents?
In July, we did just that with a real estate summit at the Intercontinental Buckhead in Atlanta.
Working with the real estate professionals who serve our communities is part of building the best homes possible for our customers and the conference was an enormous success.
