Part of that has meant serving you in new ways, whether that’s with new website tools, virtual appointments, or curbside closings. We will continue to bring you the service and convenience you need, even as cities and states begin to reopen.
Like much of the world, Taylor Morrison has been closely following the best practices and guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other government authorities to help play our part in minimizing the risk of COVID-19. As the state mandates begin to lift and businesses prepare to reopen, Taylor Morrison is working to open our model homes and sales centers in phases, all while taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of all residents, team members and our guests.
We are excited to announce the first phase of reopening our model homes in most areas. However, some communities do require advance appointments, so please call before heading our way. In each of the phases, we want you to feel safe and comfortable when you’re visiting with us. We’ve made updates to our model home procedures and the way we serve you to help keep everyone healthy. Some of those updates include:
- taking steps to allow for social distancing of six feet or more, including limiting the number of team members and customers in our model homes
- maintaining increased cleaning and sanitization
- maintaining a no touch policy in our models
- pausing food and beverage services for our guests
- allowing for private and virtual appointments for guests who want them
We hope these measures make you feel more comfortable about visiting us, but remember, we are still available virtually, too, if that’s your preference. Thank you for your continued interest in Taylor Morrison—we hope to see you again soon, however you choose to shop with us.
