Taylor Morrison Employee Spotlight – Brianna Broxson

As the new year approaches, Taylor Morrison Dallas is preparing for two big Dallas debuts, including Willowcreek at Auburn Hills in McKinney and Waterford Point at The Tribute in The Colony. Leading the way is Brianna Broxson, marketing manager for Taylor Morrison Dallas and industry expert.

Focused on building the Taylor Morrison Dallas brand, Broxson says that working for Taylor Morrison is an exciting step in her career.

“This company is wonderful to work for and has a major focus on their people, homeowners and future homeowners,” Broxson said. “The opportunity to bring this wonderful brand to Dallas and Fort Worth has been great as we work towards opening our first of many communities here.”

Dedicated to helping Dallas buyers learn more about Taylor Morrison, the company’s values and award-winning homes, Broxson says that every day as  marketing manager for Taylor Morrison Dallas brings something new.

“Whether I’m in the office or walking homes to help fine tune options and features, I’m focused on getting the word out about Taylor Morrison Dallas,” Broxson said. “It’s important. This may be the home that our buyers are bringing their first baby home to or the home that will move them closer to their loved ones or a new career.”

The bigger picture of giving Dallas homebuyers a community and new home that fits their lifestyle are aspects that Broxson focuses on every day. Described as fun-loving, hard-working and loyal, Broxson continues to push the envelope when it comes to opening the new Dallas division.

She draws her inspiration from successful women all over saying, “I’m thankful for the women throughout my journey who have empowered me, inspired me and proven to me that you can be a strong, independent, career woman and a wonderful mother all at the same time.”

As a mother, Broxson says she works to instill these values in her daughter.

“I preach to my daughter about being kind and caring every day and I strive to be a good role model for her,” Broxson said.

As for the future, Broxson plans to remain in Dallas, continuing her journey with Taylor Morrison.

“In the next five years I see myself here, growing this brand in Dallas and Fort Worth,” Broxson said.

As for plans with her family, Broxson hopes to travel far and wide.

“I want to take an international vacation with my family to continue showing my daughter what the world has to offer.”
