Victory at Verrado is in Maricopa County off Verrado Way and Indian school road in Buckeye. The highly anticipated neighborhood sits at the foothills of the White Tank Mountain range, which reflects the area’s stunning natural beauty.

Buckeye is convenient to US Highway 85 and Interstate 10, making a drive into Phoenix easy. Sky Harbor Airport is about 40 miles away, ideal for long-distance travels.

About 30 miles of trails from easy to strenuous, and there are back country camping sites. The reward for a day hike here is breathtaking mountain and Valley panoramic views.

The 19,840-acre Estrella Mountain Regional Park, located in the southwest Valley, holds desert and mountain lands including a large wetland area.

Golf

There are a number of golf courses in the Phoenix area including the 18-hole Founder’s Course and the new Victory Course at 36-hole Verrado Golf Club, rated with five stars on ArizonaGolf.com. Both championship courses, are designed by Tom Lehman, offering spectacular desert views.

Sports

Arizona is home to several sports teams. Catch an Arizona Cardinals football game in Glendale. The Cactus League provides spring training for a number of major league baseball teams, including the Arizona Diamondbacks. NBA’s Phoenix Suns is the team to watch for basketball action.
