Amateur and pros alike can venture out for a round of nine or eighteen holes at one of the resort’s two premier golf courses. Laughs will abound as golfers young and old swing away in this centuries-old Scottish sport.
After working up a hearty thirst and appetite, stop in at the Tribute Golf Link Clubhouse to share stories and toast the day’s golf victories.
Golf members can also visit the Old American semi-private Golf Club and see what world-renowned chef Nick Baker has crafted from the carriage house garden.
5) Hangout at the Clubhouse
In the afternoon, teens and adults alike often enjoy hanging out at the Community Clubhouse.
Grab a yoga mat and do a salutation to the sun in the yoga room or venture out to the Zen garden. In the fully equipped fitness room, health enthusiasts can squeeze in a quick workout, or head out for a run along the lakefront or down one of the nearby trails.
If you’re mentally and physically spent after a long week in the office, enjoy a little rest and relaxation by booking a massage from an onsite masseuse who will melt your tension and troubles away.
6) Fun for the Whole Family
At The Tribute, even four-legged family members can get in on the fun. Canine parents can take their pups out for a stroll as the temperatures drop, and then join other doggie moms and dads for a playdate at the community dog park.
Go for an unleashed adventure, play fetch, or work on some new tricks. Enjoy making new friends while allowing your little one to run, bark, and find furry friends of their own.
7) Timeless Classic
As the sun begins to set, families can traipse down to the Bocce court and join a game loved since Roman times.
Toss the boccino down the lane and then pick your teams. Watch to see which loved one can get their ball closest to the boccino without knocking it across the court.
Play a game or maybe two as you watch the waters reflect the colors in the changing sky.
8) Nightlife
Just because the sun goes down doesn’t mean the community turns in for the night. Grab your sweaters, favorite chocolates, cookies, and marshmallows, and then head down to the lakefront fire pits.
