It’s What Customers Want

The culture of a company starts at the top, and we’ve got a head start on attitude and integrity. In this brief video, Taylor Morrison CEO Sheryl Palmer, known for her authenticity and leadership qualities, discusses what Taylor Morrison means for her.

Sheryl talks about how Taylor Morrison teams are driven by a common purpose to put people first, and giving customers the service, homes and communities, they want so they can thrive. Putting people first also creates a company culture that builds a strong sense of family.

Employees in the Spotlight

Taylor Morrison is proud of our employees. From Paul Torblaa, area construction manager for new homes in Dallas to fellow Texan, Senior Sales Associate Katie Garza, our employees are dedicated and caring folks.

Paul Torblaa: Building Foundations

It’s no surprise that a man whose world is construction management speaks in terms from the craft itself.

“One of the keys to our success is building a strong foundation of people, processes and team work. That’s my focus,” says Paul, area construction manager for Taylor Morrison Dallas.

Paul is a great problem-solver and leader who calls on his own dedication and drive. Having worked with Taylor Morrison people in past homebuilding projects, he respects and appreciates the strong work ethic of the people here, and our desire to be the best in the industry. You can read an article about Paul on our blog.

Katie Garza: Passion for Life, Family and Co-Workers

Katie Garza, Senior Sales Associate, is a giver. She gives 100 percent to everything she does. To Taylor Morrison, she’s a hard-working and dedicated sales leader who loves her job.

“This company always does what’s best for its employees, which trickles all the way down to how we treat and work with our clients,” says Katie, adding that she feels very fulfilled by all she does, at work and elsewhere.

At home, she’s a mom of three young girls and wife to her husband. She’s the former Mrs. Texas and was named Mrs. United States in 2015. She’s also the founder of an organization that raises awareness of the need for donated breast milk for premature infants, Pumping for Preemies.
