How long does my reservation hold the home? 

Your reservation takes the home off the market for 48 hours with a simple $100 refundable hold. And don’t worry, nothing is final, and you can change your mind later on in the process. 

Can I make changes to my home selections after reserving?  

You can make changes if you are building a home from the ground up. However, if you selected a quick move-in home, it is pre-configured and move-in ready, so you cannot make any changes.  

Do I need mortgage pre-approval in order to reserve a home? 

No. But you will need to get pre-approved through Taylor Morrison Home Funding, Inc. if you plan on moving forward with contracting on the home you reserved.  

How can I get notified about new homes becoming available to reserve in my area?

Do I need a real estate agent to reserve a home online?  

Whether you decide to use a real estate agent is up to you. Your Taylor Morrison sales representative can walk you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have.
